Applications are invited for one post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in DST, New Delhi funded research project entitled "Gene polymorphism as risk towards asthma in North Indian population" to be executed in the Department of Biotechnology, Panjab University, Chandigarh under the following terms and conditions:

Position : Junior Research Fellow - 01 (One)

Age limit: 28 Years but relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST/ & women candidates.

Duration : 3 Years

Emoluments: Rs. 12000/- during 1st & 2nd year and Rs. 14000/- during the 3rd year + 15% HRA as per University Rules.

Qualification : M.Sc in Biological Sciences with at least 55% marks CSIR/ UGC-NET in Life Sciences/ PU Ph.D Entrance Test
